Almost 40 years ago, Stay High 149 was in the delivery room and practically cutting the chord for the birth of a movement that has grown into the worldwide phenomenon that we know today. Alongside Cornbread (Philly), and Cool Disco Dan (DC) Mr High is considered the elder statesman of the graffiti movement and one of the most gracious person's I have ever met.
